The Smyrna Police Department had trouble with their non-emergency phone lines. In a social media post, the Town of Smyrna reported "615-459-9716 is the only non-emergency line for the Police Department that is working."

9-1-1 lines were not affected by the outage. Technicians worked to correct the problem. They've determined it was an issue with the phone company.
