A 32-year old man and a 27-year old woman have been accused of shoplifting Halloween costumes at Walmart on Rutherford Boulevard. The two evidently went on a shoplifting spree and also stole health and beauty products. Murfreesboro Police say the duo from LaVergne took in over $400 worth of merchandise. Because the theft was valued at less than $500, they could not be arrested. The two were however issued citations for shoplifting and will have to appear in court in the near future.
