“I’ve been really pleased with the competitiveness the team has shown throughout the fall and expect more of the same this weekend,” head coach Jimmy Borendame said. “Each of them has gained a lot of experience against some tough competitors, and that will be valuable when we resume action in January.”
The tournament is comprised of seven singles flights and two doubles flights. Alabama, Ball State, Boston College, Chattanooga, Davidson, Furman, Kentucky, Louisville, Memphis, NC State, Samford, South Alabama, Southern Mississippi, Tennessee, Tennessee Tech, Tulane, UAB, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest will join the Blue Raiders in Tuscaloosa.
