Smyrna class for driving safety:

AARP and the Smyrna Senior Center are sponsoring a two day AARP Smart Driver Program on July 25th and 26th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Since the course is designed for eight hours, you must attend both days to receive credit.

The cost for this two day class is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members. Upon completion of the class, each participant will receive a certificate to submit to their auto insurance company to see if they qualify for a three year auto insurance discount.

There will also be a class in La Vergne:

AARP and the La Vergne Senior Center are sponsoring a one day AARP Smart Driver Program on August 2nd from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

The cost for this one day class is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members. Upon completion of the class, each participant will receive a certificate to submit to their auto insurance company to see if they qualify for a three year auto insurance discount.
