15-Year Old Tattooed Without Mom's Permission

A Murfreesboro mother called the police after finding that her 15-year old daughter had been tattooed without her permission. According to state law, a minor cannot be tattooed in the state of Tennessee with or without a parent or guardians permission. It is a class A misdemeanor to tattoo a minor. A class A misdemeanor is punishable by less than one year in jail and fines up to $2,500.
