The milestone will be achieved at Sweet Ci Ci's at 4:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon on the corner of Sam Ridley Parkway and the Old Nashville Highway in Smyrna, Tennessee. And by the end of the day this Friday, the local chamber will have completed 103 celebrations!
