A commercial construction theft was reported on Monday in Murfreesboro. The theft was at a site on Manson pike that is zoned for multi-family use.

Evidently, unknown persons stole about $3,000 worth of PVC pipe. The pipe was 1 inch in diameter.

The construction project calls for about 270 apartment units on 17 acres when fully complete. The site is at 3726 Manson Pike.

As for now, no word on who stole all of the PVC or why?
