An investigation by the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office shows that William Barnett, Jr. allegedly met a special needs teen several times while she was getting off a school bus. He was earlier out on bond, but on Tuesday (11/8/11), a judge revoked Barnett's bond totally. Officials are not releasing many details about the school bus or other information, since it might pinpoint the school where the student attends and therefore lead some to know her identity.
