Walgreens on Old Fort Parkway at Cason Lane was robbed on Tuesday evening at 5:00. The robber apparently made his way to the pharmacy counter and handed the pharmacist a note. The note read, “Give me what I need, I have a gun.”

Drugs like morphine and oxycodone were listed on the note. The pharmacist complied with the robber and gave him a bag containing the drugs.

The man then fled the scene. The man got away before police arrived and an arrest has not been made. The man was able to steal over 3,000 pills from the pharmacy.
