This coming Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 12 Noon, Wreaths Across America, the U.S. National Parks Service and Civil Air Patrol will be hosting a ceremony at the Stones River National Cemetery in Murfreesboro, TN.
Coordinated by local volunteers, local groups have worked to have wreaths donated to place on as many headstones of our fallen service members as possible. Last year over 2,000 wreaths were placed at Stones River National Cemetery.
This Saturday, all five branches of the U.S. Military and the U.S. Merchant Marine will be represented by official wreaths. Gold Star Families, speakers from the U.S. military and National Parks Service, local and state officials and the general public will be participating.
