On most every weekday when you walk through the sliding doors facing Thompson Lane at Trustpoint Hospital you will be greeted by a friendly voice and smile that belongs to PJ.

PJ, and every other member of the team is a deliberate part of the culture that has been established at Trustpoint to deliver help, support, and change to visitors and patients alike.

In my conversation with her, Karah Pennington, Human Resources Director at Trustpoint Hospital talks about their upcoming Job Fair, who they're looking for to be part of their team and how they can apply. By the end of the conversation, I want to say I changed her mind from calling this a Job Fair to being a full-blown Job EXTRAVAGANZA!
