The Wednesday (9/26/18) morning's death of truck driver James H. Moore, 69, of Kenton, Tennessee, at Nashville's Averitt Express truck lot appears accidental.

Nashville Police officers were called to the lot at 4:40 a.m. in regard to a deceased person and found Moore pinned between two tractor-trailers. It appears that the parking brake on Moore's truck had not been set and that the vehicle rolled forward, pinning Moore between the passenger side of his truck and the driver's side of a truck parked next to him.
