A group of home-schooled 4-H members share some of their experiences in all levels of Rutherford County's 4-H programs. 4-H Agent Barbara Davenport tells more about the benefits of 4-H.
Home-school members from the Benson family tell about their experiences with 4-H.
Davenport notes that locally, there are 34 home school students, and with public schools--3,600 elementary and 8,000 high school students are involved with the Rutherford County 4-H Club.
She also reminds the public that the 4-H Pancake Breakfast and Marketplace is this Saturday (12/8/2018) from 8:00AM to 2PM at the Lane Agri-Park at 315 John R. Rice Blvd. (Pancake breakfast is 8-10AM)
