Campbell Brandon, age 83, passed away Sunday, after an extended battle with cancer.

A native of Rutherford County, he was a T-Double-S-Double-A Hall of Fame basketball coach who started his career at Lascassas High School before going to Lebanon in 1964. He coached there for 28-years. His last stint brought him to assist his son, Bud, at Smyrna High School.

He is survived by his wife Nancy, sons Bud and Tom Brandon and several grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday in the First United Methodist Church from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.

A Celebration of Life Service will be on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Lebanon High School Terry Edward's Auditorium with a reception immediately following the service.

Interment will be on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Evergreen Cemetery in Murfreesboro.
