Three loaded handguns, five magazines loaded with bullets and a plastic bag of what was believed to be marijuana along with a rolled up diaper containing more weed - were all found in a truck that was parked behind a Chaffin Place hotel. Furthermore, Murfreesboro Police say that the man in the drivers seat of the truck smelled like an alcoholic beverage.

When police spoke to Robert Nance IV, he evidently didn't have much to say. However, a quick background check of Nance showed that he was a wanted man for failing to appear in court.

26 Year old Nance now faces charges of simple possession, possession of a handgun while under the influence and violation of the weapons law. He is currently free on bond and will appear in court in the near future.
