India Anne Spainhour, age 43, of Murfreesboro, passed away August 13th.

She is survived by daughter Olivia McFadden, her fiancé Tom Bayus, her parents, Jimmy and Linda Spainhour.

Services will held Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from noon until 2pm with the memorial service to follow.
