Patricia Sue "Pat" Heath, age 79 of Smyrna, passed away August 25.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Renee' Woods; her sons Steven Troy Heath and David Samuel Heath along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11am Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.

Burial will follow in the Mapleview Cemetary.
