Adopt a Homeless Teen for Christmas in Rutherford County

Oct 15, 2019 at 07:00 am by Bryan Barrett

This holiday season, in partnership with the Rutherford County Schools ATLAS program, Barnabas Vision will be connecting generous sponsors with an opportunity to provide Christmas gifts to at-risk youth.

The Adopt-A-Teen program strives to help parents pay their bills during the holiday season by supplying them with Christmas presents for their teen school-aged children.

In December, the local nonprofit will be collecting Christmas gifts to give to teens within the ATLAS program, as well as Barnabas Vision clients in need of assistance.

If you, your business or small group are planning on sponsoring one or more of these teens, please let Barnabas Vision in Murfreesboro know so the non-profit can confirm with the school counselors that their school can begin signing the teens up.

Call Barnabas Vision to Help:

If you would like to help with gifts this year, please call (615) 542-2742 today and leave a message if after hours.

You can also email the office at barnabasadoptateen@gmail.com. Be sure to leave your name and how many teens you wish to sponsor.

If you would like to stop by, their office address is: 141 MTCS Rd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 - Near Just Love Coffee

The teens that are part of the program would not have a Christmas if it were not for the families that support them in our community.
