A 21 year old man was shot in the shoulder last week in Murfreesboro. The victim told police he went to a pool hall / bar on NW Broad Street to meet an individual in hopes of buying marijuana. It was during that so called meeting that the Murfreesboro resident was shot.

After being shot, the victim was taken to the hospital, where police met with him to get a better idea on what occurred.

During a police interview, the victim said the shooter fled the scene. So far, no arrests have been made and the victim is recovering.
