Over the Rutherford County line and into Wilson County, the body of a 59-year-old man was found along Highway 231. The body was found by a pedestrian who was walking down the highway.

Lt. Charlie Caplinger with the Tennessee Highway Patrol told WGNS NEWS, "The circumstances of this event cannot be released until the cause of death is determined. The THP Critical Incident Response Team took over the investigation which is still active.
