A new court in Rutherford County entitled the "Safe Baby Court" is for children from birth to age 3. Juvenile Court Judge Donna Scott Davenport told WGNS NEWS...
The goal is to have the new court in a working format in about one month.
The court will start with up to 20 families in the beginning and continue to grow into the future.
