(MURFREESBORO) Murfreesboro Police continue the investigation into a Thursday afternoon stabbing of a man at a home in the 1300 block of Searcy Street.

As you recall, the incident happened around 4:00 o'clock that afternoon, and the victim was taken by LifeFlight to the trauma center at Vanderbilt Hospital.

An arrest was made and officials indicate that they feel the perpetrator is in custody.
