Detectives with Murfreesboro Police aim to nab a man accused of stealing a cellphone. The theft was reported earlier this month at the Neighborhood Market Tobacco & Beer (1208 E. Northfield Blvd).

Police learned from the store clerk that he Samsung Galaxy 8 was accidentally left behind by another customer. Perhaps a crime of easy opportunity, another customer saw the cellphone and took it off the counter and left.
