Murfreesboro Police Officers assisted with traffic control at a drive-through testing site for the COVID-19. The testing station is at Murfreesboro Medical Clinic at it opened this past Thursday.

You can NOT simply drive-up to get the test. You must be referred either after visiting the Rutherford County Health Department or being referred by your local physician.

Medical professionals swab those who have been pre-screened by the Rutherford County Health Department or by local physicians who referred the patients to the site. After a patient is tested, they are told to go home and self-isolate.

Test results are expected within 5 to 7 days after a person is tested.
