Flooded roadways are receding throughout Rutherford County, but still use caution. The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office asked, "Drivers are asked to be careful driving on county roads with standing water."

County

As of lunchtime Monday (4/13/2020), RCSO's Lisa Marchesoni told WGNS that only Elam Mill Road and Shoemaker Road are closed from flooding in Rutherford County.

Murfreesboro

Murfreesboro Police PIO Larry Flowers reports that storm damage included trees and wires down at N. Spring and E. McKnight, 1500 block of Atlas Street, 1400 block of Poplar Ave, 600 block of West Street, 1500 block of Riverview Drive, 1300 block of Knight Drive. This has been cleared by the street department.
