Former Blackman High School and Connecticut standout Crystal Dangerfield was selected 16th overall by the Minnesota Lynx in the second round of the WNBA Friday night.
Dangerfield was a three-time Tennessee Gatorade Player of the Year and led the Lady Blaze to back to back TSSAA state championships in 2014 and 2015.
Dangerfield played college hoops at the University of Connecticut, averaging 11 points and nearly five assists per game in her career.
We can't wait either, @crystald5_.
