Health Departments in Rutherford County and across the nation have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 Pandemic and have since released a new map showing more details about each state (Click Here for the full map and details). The map was set up and designed by the National Association of County & City Health Officials.
As of April 23, 2020, the map shows that nearly 850,000 Americans have tested positive for the coronavirus.
In Tennessee, nearly 8,000 people have been confirmed to have the coronavirus while Rutherford County is seeing 345 cases along with 7 deaths. Nearby Nashville has 1,872 cases and 20 deaths at this point.
