Beth Smith at Habitat for Humanity receives flowers from Rion Flowers and Gifts as today's WGNS Good Neighbor of the Day. She is always reaching out, helping and encouraging others. Today is also her 10th anniversary of being the executive director of the local Habitat for Humanity program.
