Cristobal's Remnants Bring Rain / Storms / Wind

Jun 08, 2020 at 07:46 am by Bryan Barrett

What's left of Tropical Storm Cristobal will not pass directly over Middle Tennessee, but it will be close enough to bring rain and storms this week.

The left over rain from the system will trek into Arkansas by Tuesday morning, bringing rain and storms to Middle Tennessee. Some storms could be on the strong side and it all depends on the track of the system.

The National Weather Service says outside of thunderstorms, it will be windy Tuesday as well. Sustained winds of 20 mph are expected, with gusts to 40 mph likely most of the day.

After the system passes by and a cold front swings through, expect cooler and less humid air by later in the week with temperatures in the 80's.
