Update: Steven Andrew Lokey is traveling in a white 1999 Chevrolet Malibu with Tennessee license plate CXM-787. The vehicle was taken during a carjacking Saturday in Decherd, Tennessee. Lokey is Armed and Extremely Dangerous, according to police. DO NOT APPROACH - CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT.
