$1,500 worth of lottery tickets were stolen from a Mapco store on Memorial Boulevard in Murfreesboro. The culprit behind the theft made off with a roll of tickets after telling the clerk that the bathroom toilet was overflowing. When the clerk checked on the bathroom is when the thief grabbed the lottery tickets and fled the scene. Now the subject has 1,500 chances to win cash and other valuable prizes.
