The fake bail bondsman has struck for a fourth time in Murfreesboro. This time, the culprit called an individual who had a family member locked up in Lebanon. The scammer told the victim that for $1,140 he could bail her husband out of jail. The subject then told the victim to meet him at Hooter’s on NW Broad Street in Murfreesboro. The culprit presented the woman with a bond agreement and took the victim’s money. The female told police that her husband was never released from jail and now she is out $1,140. The subject was described as a thin white male with blonde hair and blue flame tattoo’s on both arms. So far, he has not been caught, even though this is the fourth time he has pulled this scam.
