"Camelot" Comes To Neighboring Woodbury

Lerner and Lowe's musical Camelot comes to the Arts Center of Cannon County at 1424 John Bragg Highway in neighboring Woodbury. Rediscover the grandeur of one of history's greatest love stories set in a fabled land where honor and chivalry reign. Performances are March ninth through twenty-fourth on  Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 with Sunday afternoon matinees at 2:00 o'clock. 

Such musical favorites as If Ever I would Leave You, How To Handle A Woman, I Loved You Once in Silence, and Follow Me tell of the love triangle betweenl King Arthur, his flirtatious wife Queen Guinevere and the charming young egoist Lancelot.

Camelot is produced by Dr. Darryl Deason and directed by Cyndie Verbeten with music direction by Fran Gebhur. The cast features John Blankenship as King Arthur, Katherine Sandovol Taylor as Queen Guinevere, Kinsey Brewer as Lancelot, and includes Phil Mote, Michael Adcock, David Cummings, Mark Chism, Will Duke, Christine Poythress, James Bessant, Kelly Spradley, Joseph Brown, Joilyn George, Heather Willow, Zack Whitehead, James Adkins, Tim Davis John Gardner, Esther Hood, Leah Chism, Any Davis, Sam Kerley and Ramona Adkins.

Tickets for Camelot are $12 with discounts available for students, seniors and groups and  may be purchased by calling the Arts Center box office at 615-563-(ARTS) 2787 or 1-800-235-9073.
