Shortly after 10:00 o'clock Monday morning, emergency responders rushed to State Route 840 near the Veteran's Parkway exit where a dump truck had overturned. 66-year old Eddie Fisher of Pleasantview, Tennessee reported that he blew a tire.

The Mack truck, loaded with top soil and gravel, was traveling westbound (toward Franklin) crossed over a deep median, went over the eastbound lane of traffic and careened over a 20-foot embankment, flipping and coming to rest in a field behind a home on Shores Road.
