Felony Evading Arrest in Murfreesboro

An 18-year old Nashville resident was arrested in Murfreesboro after allegedly fleeing from police in his car on Friday morning around 1. Joetavious Marquise Randolph was charged by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with DUI and driving without a license after wrecking on Clark Boulevard. After wrecking, Randolph reportedly ran from Murfreesboro Police Officers and as a result now faces charges by both the Highway Patrol and Murfreesboro Police Departments. The city charged Randolph with felony evading, resisting a stop, halt and frisk command, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The teenager will appear before the courts on May 24th.
