For a second time a 25-year old Murfreesboro man has been arrested for indecent exposure. Enrico L. Harris allegedly exposed himself to two girls ages 9 and 14. The incident took place on Monday at Poplar Avenue Apartments on Poplar Avenue near Mitchell Neilson Elementary School. The victims told the police that after Harris exposed himself to the children he asked them go with him, not specifying where. The two victims fled the area and sought the help of an adult. Police say that after a brief investigation, they developed Harris as the suspect. The last time Harris was arrested for indecent exposure was in 2004.
