Beth Ferguson, Development Director for the Heart of Tennessee Chapter, has been promoted to Regional Communications Director for the Volunteer Region of the American Red Cross. She will assume her new role on April 1st and will operate out of the organization's Nashville office.

 

Ferguson began her career with the Chattanooga Red Cross in 2004, is a veteran of public affairs work for Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Gustav, the Good Friday Tornado and the historic May 2010 flooding. She has also been instrumental in building a donor base in the Heart of Tennessee Chapter that has enabled the chapter to experience exceptional growth since 2006.

 

Beth Ferguson will lead a team in shaping the Red Cross message to the residents of 62 counties that comprise the Volunteer Region in Middle and West Tennessee.
