A 29-year old Brentwood resident is accused of stabbing a Murfreesboro man in a local bar. Joshua Kowalski allegedly stabbed Ellery Bryant after a disagreement at Gentleman Jim’s bar on Greenland Drive. After the stabbing, Kowalski fled the scene. He was caught a short time later between the Murphy Center and the Floyd Stadium. Kowalski was booked on a charge of aggravated assault under an $18,000 bond. He will appear in court on May 2nd.
