A woman out for a jog got more then she bargained for on Tuesday afternoon in Murfreesboro. The 22-year old female told police as she was jogging down Wellington Place, she felt that someone was directly behind her. She then turned to find a male on her heels. The man allegedly moved even closer and grabbed her buttocks. When the victim screamed, the man ran away in the opposite direction. An officer in the neighborhood spotted the suspect and made an arrest. 21-Year old Joseph Samuel Hope was charged with sexual battery. The Rosecommon Dr. resident will appear in court on May 7th.
