A four door Honda that was stolen in Hamilton County this past September, turned up in Murfreesboro on Wednesday. Police say they stopped 43-year old Stephen Lamar Erby in a parking lot on South Church St. After running a criminal history check on Erby, the news did not get any better… It turned out that he was driving the stolen car on a revoked license and that he had 6-warrants for his arrest. The man, who is from Chattanooga, was charged in Murfreesboro with driving on a revoked license and theft over $10,000. If that news was not bad enough for Erby, reports indicate he also stole the license plate that was on the car from a resident in Williamson County. For stealing the plate he was charged with theft under $500. Erby will appear in court on May 30.
