A Murfreesboro man found slumped over the steering wheel of his car at a gas station has been charged with his 3rd DUI. Daimon S. Dugger was apprehended on Wednesday morning at the BP gas station on Memorial Boulevard. Dugger was also charged with his second offense of driving on a revoked license. Reports indicate the man was also charged with violating his probation. He will appear in court on July 9th.
