The Murfreesboro Police Department issued a missing person alert for Mr. Parchia Tolbert on Wednesday. Mr. Tolbert left his 902 Greenland Drive residence on foot on April 27th at approximately 8:00 a.m. He was located in Nashville just minutes after local media coverage of the alert. He did not know who he was or how he arrived in Nashville. An alert shelter worker recognized him from the media coverage and called police. He was returned to his family in Murfreesboro unharmed.
