A total of 7-DUI arrests were made in the city limits of Murfreesboro on Cinco De Mayo and the following morning on Sunday. The arrests were made on Hanover Street, South Church Street, NW Broad Street, Rutherford Blvd., Medical Center Parkway and Vine Street. Those arrested were between the ages of 20 and 56. A total of 4-people were picked up for public intoxication charges on Saturday as well. 

The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office set up a DUI roadblock on Saturday. During the roadblock, deputies made 4 DUI arrests, 1 underage consumption arrest and cited 7 people for driving without their seatbelt.
