The man wanted by Franklin Police for allegedly stealing two cars from a car rental company in Williamson County has been caught. Murfreesboro resident Michael Rocky Marks turned himself in to Franklin Police on Tuesday afternoon. Marks, who is 31-years of age, was accused of stealing two Toyota Camry’s that he supposedly rented from a car rental facility in Franklin. His bond was set at $20,000.
