Rockvale Elementary School students and parents are raising money to help a student. Corben Sintahavong has a genetic disease that is creating a mountain of medical bills on top of a kidney transplant the youngster needed a couple of years ago. Thank goodness the Rockvale Elementary child's dad was a perfect match, and that saved some money. The Rockvale Rockets have raised over 7-thousand dollars and hope to pass the fifty-grand mark. A local business is helping too. Chick-Fil-A on the Old Fort Parkway is donating a portion of their 5:00 to 7:00 Friday night proceeds to the Sintahavong family.
