Central Magnet School student Will Stallings and St. Rose of Lima student Sebastian Matlock get the Veteran's Monument at MTSU ready for visitors over the Memorial Day weekend. The two 11-year old youth are watering the flowers in the area in preparation for special activities on campus.  

The monumentd is located outside the Tom H. Jackson Building on the west side of campus near Middle Tennessee Boulevard between Bell Street and Falkinberry Drive.

MTSU Professor of Military Science Lieutenant Colonel T. K. Kast said, “It's a quiet place of reflection.”  

This weekend, the public is welcome to visit the site that honors University alumni who fell in service to their country.
