Driving on a Suspended License for a 5th Time

Jun 04, 2012 at 06:21 am by Bryan Barrett

A small amount of crack cocaine was recovered from a driver stopped for having their music up too loud late last week. Loud music and a small crack rock weren’t the only problems though. Apparently, 26-year old James Howard Malone, Jr. had been pulled over four previous times and charged with driving on a suspended license. This time makes for time number five for being caught while driving on a suspended license. The local man was taken to jail where he was booked under a $4,000 bond.
