Police say the burglar opened the door for them when they arrived at the home on Harrison Avenue. Officers responded to the home to investigate a burglary and when they knocked on the front door, the burglar actually came to the door. Police say when the man realized the police were the ones knocking on the door, he ran. Police didn’t catch the suspect, but now know his identity. A female who was helping in the burglary stayed put and was arrested on site.
