The new Kids Castle in the Old Fort Park should be open for children on Friday. The new playground cost $300-thousand to build. Half of that money is from the state and the other half is from the city of Murfreesboro. The previous Kids Castle, made of wood, was built 17-years ago by local volunteers. The new Kids Castle is being built by Miracle Recreation Equipment Company from Clarkson, Kentucky.
