The Murfreesboro Police Vice Unit made a sizeable drug arrest on Tuesday. Denvell Andre Guerra was found to be in possession of a felony amount of marijuana. He was also found to be in possession of prescription drugs that he evidently did not have a prescription for.
Guerra allegedly had a stolen gun in his possession when police served a search warrant at his Mercury Boulevard apartment. The gun was evidently taken from a home in Marshall County.
Police charged the 22-year old with felony possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony, possession of stolen property and possession of a legend drug. A legend drug is a prescription drug. Guerra was booked into the local jail under a $15-thousand bond. He will appear in court on July 9.
